I've been receiving calls from this number multiple times a day, around two or three calls on average. When I pick up, there's nobody on the line at first, then a recorded voice chimes in after a brief pause, simply saying "goodbye." It's utterly exasperating, especially since we have a seriously ill daughter who might be trying to reach us, and it gets me racing to the phone every time!
