What a right palaver! This is Studio, a catalogue firm that seems to be operating under the classic "two left feet" scenario. I placed an order, only for them to abruptly cancel it due to the items being out of stock. To add insult to injury, I was charged for these non-existent products! Ever since then, I’ve been bombarded with phone calls-mostly at the crack of dawn, and occasionally during the afternoon. I've reached out to their customer service, and they've acknowledged that I indeed paid for goods that were never dispatched. They promised me a refund, but apparently, due to some shambolic system overhaul, it might take weeks to sort out. In the meantime, those incessant calls just keep on coming. I've even forwarded them a copy of the email confirming my refund, yet still, the calls persist unabated. What a mess!
