Variotel wiederum führt für die AOK diverse "Kundenbefragungen" und Ähnliches in deren Auftrag durch. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass sowohl die AOK-Filiale als auch Variotel unabhängig voneinander die Kunden kontaktieren, kommt es dazu, dass viele Kunden mehrmals am Tag angerufen werden - auch bedingt durch unterschiedliche Projekte. Gleichzeitig gibt es jedoch Kunden, die überhaupt nie kontaktiert werden.
