Its about time firms understood that calls from unknown numbers are almost always seen as dodgy by folks now. Its really important that call centre staff actually speak proper English and can leave clear messages so people know whats going on. If they dont sort this out, they have no right to get annoyed when customers dont bother answering. On top of that, scammers are now clever enough to mimic real company numbers, so every call seems suspicious. The messages left by call centres should ask the person to ring back on the number listed on their account to avoid confusion.

it’s definitely studio calling, they rang me twice in just a few minutes. I wasn’t sure who it was so I blocked the number. When I contacted studio, they admitted it was them. The trouble, I believe, is that they use staff who struggle to speak clear English. What’s the point of customer service if you can’t be understood? I’m in the middle of a dispute with them which they just don’t get. I never got the parcel and they won’t give me a refund for the item I bought.

Got a call from Studio customer support after leaving a review on a product that wasn’t great. The woman on the phone had quite a strong accent, so I had a hard time catching what she was saying. I only clocked what the call was about after hanging up. At first, I thought it was some dodgy scam, but it wasn’t. Studio have been brilliant for me, especially over the last few years when I was looking after my late husband and stuck at home because of the pandemic. Good selection of stuff and proper good service.

It’s the only place I’ve come across that actually does this, which is nice that they want to follow up, but I’m usually too busy to chat over the phone. I always try to give honest and fair feedback though.

Just got a text from this number about some payment, but I can’t reply back to check who they are. This is the second time they’ve sent me something like this, the first was a while ago. I recently received a call from this number, and let me tell you, it was a lady on the end of the line, but I couldn't make heads or tails of what she was rambling on about. However, here's the kicker: I've never had any sort of payment protection with them, be it for disability or unemployment.
