Today I got two calls from a blocked number. When I checked the voicemail, the person was talking really fast and so quietly it was hard to catch anything. The message was muffled, and it took me a few listens just to figure out the callback number they mentioned. Oddly, the only clear part was some random reference code they gave. But when I tried to redial from the voicemail, there was no actual number to call back on! Total waste of time if you ask me.
