Yet another irritating telemarketer from a PPI claims firm! Absolutely ridiculous! I've had enough and blocked the number!

I reckon 03702183127 is connected with some mobile numbers that keep ringing and sometimes just leave silence or some sort of automated voicemail. I think the mobile calls are checking if your number is live, and once they get that confirmation, they send more calls. It's definitely spam. If you’re lucky enough to be able to block unknown callers on your phone (like if you don’t use the line for work), then blocking them will avoid these annoying calls - at least until the spammers figure out how to get past that.
