Both times the caller said they were from Virgin Media saying my router had issues. I told them nothing's wrong but they just started swearing and threatened to cut off my internet. Just now the phone rang again from the same number, and the person shouted a really nasty insult at me. The language was shocking, though it doesn't really upset me.
