got a robocall asking if I get child benefits then suddenly trying to sell me a new boiler. i use a bt 6500 phone that’s meant to block unwanted calls but this number just won’t get blocked. plus, i’m signed up with the telephone preference service, so i shouldn’t be getting marketing calls in the first place. i’m definitely going to report this number to the ico.

They keep ringing me non stop, even tho I've asked them to take my number off their list.

These lot ring me up like every single day, sometimes even more than once. I’ve got a poorly family member whose carers need to reach me regularly, and they often use numbers not saved in my phone, so I have to pick up. It drives me crazy when one of these scam boiler companies keeps calling, they even leave voicemails! Honestly, the government really ought to do something about this nonsense, even if it means some MPs missing out on any dodgy investments they might have in these firms.

I just got an automated call about replacing my boiler, felt really annoying. Don’t want any of those cold calls about home stuff, especially from bots. Wish these companies would stop spamming me with these prerecorded messages.

Got a call out of the blue asking if I'd ever claimed child tax credits, then went on about some discount for a new boiler. Had nothing to do with me at all and wasn’t interested. Really annoying!

Had to replace my boiler recently, gave this number a ring and the call was sorted quick. Pretty decent service overall.
