It was totally obvious it was a call centre, loads of voices buzzing away in the background like they were juggling tons of calls. I kept saying "Hello" but it was like they didn’t even hear me over their side saying "Hello" too. After me saying "Hello" three times and them only twice, they just ended the call. Proper frustrating!
