Received a call from this number earlier, but they didn’t bother leaving a message. Quite odd, really.

They’ve rung me twice now, but I was prepared this round. I asked the lady to tell me the account details they supposedly had on me. After repeating the question twice, she just cut the call. Proper rude behaviour!

This number rang me up claiming that I’d paid last year to stop nuisance calls and that they’d just taken money from my bank today. I told them straight away they had no permission to take any money and asked for her name. I also said I already had their phone number and would report it to the police. They quickly cut off. Honestly, these calls are so upsetting and really need to be stopped.

Today during my lunch break, this number rang me up saying they’d taken £49 from my bank earlier that day to stop spam calls. The woman on the line claimed I’d agreed to it before, but when I challenged her, she just hung up. I checked with my bank straight away and there was no such transaction. Definitely a scam - don’t pick up if you spot this number calling you.

I got several calls over two days from some security company asking for a Mrs Blizzard? No one by that name lives here, and they also claimed I'd paid them £49 for nuisance calls, which is just not true. When I started asking questions, they suddenly hung up on me. My husband told them he'd find this Mrs Blizzard, then just left the phone and went off upstairs while the call went out. Meanwhile, we just went about our day. I’m definitely going to report them to the TPS.

I’ve had it with calls from this number claiming they can help stop nuisance calls. Even when I say I’m already signed up with the telephone preference service, they just come back with some excuse about it only covering business calls, not personal ones. Seems like just another dodgy scam to me. Oh, and I eventually found out the caller’s actually from a place just near Columbia.

They’re getting quite cheeky too, and even when I mention I’m recording the conversation, they don't seem to care. Just got a call from some bloke abroad saying he’d taken £49 from me about two and a half months ago for a service that stops unwanted calls. He kept telling me I must’ve forgotten about it. As if I would forget losing that amount! When I told him that was rubbish, he hung up on me.

I got a call from some company called Sec Communications, and they were trying to get me to agree to pay £49 to stop all marketing calls. Sounds dodgy to me, like they’re hoping folks won’t realise what they’re signing up to. They even told me a payment had been taken from my bank, which freaked me out at first, but luckily I checked my account on the spot and saw nothing had gone out. I told the person on the phone there's no way I'd pay for something that's supposed to be free, threw in that there are laws to protect us from this nonsense, and then I just ended the call. Would seriously advise anyone else to do the same.
