I wasn't really sure if it was genuine. It sounded like it was Ulster Bank, but when I got on the line, they asked me for the 1st and 4th digits of my online pin. Then their connection dropped, and they went on to ask for the 2nd and 3rd numbers. That made me suspicious, so I just ended the call.
