This was definitely a SCAM! They rang me pretending to be from NatWest’s fraud team, talking about a £2000 transfer I supposedly requested. I decided to humour them and fed them random info like a fake name, postcode, and birthday. Shockingly, they said all my details matched and claimed they could see my account! That’s when I called them out. I told the caller I actually worked for the bank they mentioned, and do you know what? They just hung up on me! Watch out for these types of calls!
