I've pleaded with them to erase my details from their records, yet they simply ignore my requests. It’s beyond irritating since I can’t even block them-not when they keep ringing me from a multitude of different numbers. Their tactics are nothing short of intimidating, and they can be quite aggressive, too! Why on earth should I have to spare any of my precious time proving my identity to them? This isn’t even my debt to begin with! Honestly, with their heavy-handed approach, there's no way I'd part with a penny, even if it were my obligation. I’m simply astounded that in this day and age, such companies are permitted to unsettle individuals into coughing up cash.
