NEVER give them any info! They already have some of your data from a leak and will repeat it back to seem genuine. When you key your number in, they pick it up and use it against you. Just hang up and ring Lloyds directly! We held the line a bit to verify the number, then the scammers just hung up. Also, don’t trust the glowing reviews on here - most are fakes from the scammers themselves. Best thing to do is hang up first, make sure the call has fully disconnected, then ring your bank directly using the number printed on your debit or credit card.
