Got a call from this lot saying they needed my personal info and contact number for a UPS package stuck in customs. Thing is, I’d already got the parcel and had all the usual updates straight from UPS. So it’s a total scam. They’re definitely calling from India and faking UPS’s number to trick you. This number seems legit, probably from UPS in Pudsey, near Leeds, West Yorkshire. About a week ago, I got a package from France and today they rang me saying they want to email me an invoice to "clear customs" on the parcel - even tho I’ve had the parcel in my office for a week already. I kept asking the guy what I was supposed to pay and why, since the parcel’s already here, but I couldn’t really get what the issue was. Then after I grilled him a bit more, he just ended the call.

Some bloke rang saying he was our 'new account manager' from UPS. He couldn’t name anyone actualy working in our logistics team, so I wasn’t about to pass him on to anyone.
