I received a call from this number today, and the bloke on the line had an Asian accent. He claimed he was from the fraud prevention team at Nationwide, saying they were looking into a dodgy payment made to Dominos using my account. It felt a bit off, and after some digging, I realised it was just a scam.

Got a call yesterday evening from this number, some bloke with a Middle Eastern accent saying he was with Nationwide’s fraud unit. He wanted to speak to my partner and mentioned some £18 charge at Dominos that supposedly tried to come out of our account. I told him it wasn't us, then when he asked for my name, I refused again. Next thing, he just shouted “f*** you!” at me and hung up. Proper rude.

Today I got another call from the same bloke, this time from a blocked number, asking for my partner once more. As soon as I heard his voice, I told him straight away, “You're the one who rang me yesterday!” He then started shouting “fk you” at me again and called me a b**tard and a “sl*g.” I then handed the phone over to my partner. My partner told him firmly not to ring again, and the guy then asked, “Should I come to your place at...?” and even mentioned the street we used to live on. We’ve reported him to the police now.

He asked for my partner specifically and said there was a suspicious £18 payment to Domino's on our account. When I told him it wasn't us, he asked for my name, which I refused to give. Then, out of nowhere, he shouted “f*** you!” before hanging up. Proper rude behaviour.
