They said they were from some 'national legal support' or something, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

It's quite baffling, isn't it? We're on the ex-directory list, so one would think that would keep the nuisance calls at bay. Yet, they still keep coming! How is it that these pesky scam calls manage to get through? It seems we're not fully protected, no matter what measures we take.
