They claimed to be from E.ON but honestly, it just didn’t sound right at all. Seemed a bit sketchy to me.

They called, but hung up quick before I even got the chance to pick up.

This bloke was going on about needing my bills and private info, claiming it was some law in the UK or something. Never said which one though. Honestly, I told him off good and proper before slamming the phone down. He’ll try again for sure, so if you’re not up for it, just block the number straight away.

they claimed to be from british gas and said they needed to swap my electric meter in a couple of days. I told them i'd ring british gas myself, no need for their call, and they got a bit annoyed with me!

Got a call from someone claiming to chat about an energy deal, sounded dodgy to me. Just put the phone down quick!

Got a call from some dodgy people trying to push me into renewing my energy deal on the phone. Honestly, best thing I did was just block the number because arguing or trying to reason with them was pointless.

Somebody said they were from Eon or something, but it was just a complete con. Total rip-off!

Got a call from someone saying they were with E-on trying to get me to renew a contract over the phone, saying I had to agree verbally for it to be legal. Trouble is, E-on isn’t even my energy supplier!
