These con artists targeting older folks is just terrible.

I got a phone call from someone saying they were from Lloyds Bank’s Fraud Department. There were two folks on the line at different times, both sounded like they were Scottish. They put me on hold a lot and asked loads of questions. Then they told me to pop down to a police station in Glasgow since apparently they’re dealing with the fraud stuff there. Felt a bit dodgy to me, so I’m planning to ring my bank to make sure.

Got a call from this number that claimed there were unusual transactions on my account and told me to call 03456804526. When I phoned back, they wouldn't say which bank they were representing, even though the text mentioned it clearly. After I kept asking, the person just hung up on me.
