vokus is so annoying, I get calls from them multiple times daily, like nonstop! They never leave a voicemail, so I have no clue what it is about. Tried ignoring them but clearly they don’t take the hint. Proper frustrating!

Got a call from someone named Sam claiming he worked at Focus. I wasn’t sure what Focus was, so I asked him to explain. He said they're an IT solutions firm. I told him we were fine with the IT company we already use and figured it was just a sales call, so he hung up pretty quickly after that.
