My husband received a message indicating that the CSA needed to refresh some details. Curiosity got the better of him, and he decided to ring the number provided, which was 0345 6090062. They requested his National Insurance number and date of birth. Just as he was about to respond, there was a strange silence on the line, followed by the call dropping. Could this be a scam, and should he be concerned about having shared any personal information?
