I got a letter claiming to be from Suffolk County Council about a Household Support Fund, but they’re asking for my bank sort code and account details. I’ve been getting loads of dodgy calls lately, so I’m not too sure if I should believe this or if it’s just another scam.

So, on my birthday this number called me, I picked up, but never made any outgoing calls. Now, to my surprise, I've got a charge on my phone bill for that call. Really unfair if you ask me!
