I've got Tracker myself, and every time my subscription is ready to renew, they send me an email to confirm. I reckon the calls I'm getting are just their marketing team pushing other stuff. Honestly, just ignore those calls. If they need to get in touch with current customers, they should stick to emailing us.

This 03456046004 has been ringing me nonstop. I put a block on it a good couple of years back, yet they just keep trying, really persistent lot. I’m pretty sure they’re also using 07548 789898 because that number often calls just before or right after the first one. Seems like some tracker firm pushing a hard sell. I had a tracker on my caravan a few years ago but sold the van and told both the company and the dealer I didn’t want their service anymore. Would definitely recommend blocking both numbers to stop the endless buzzing of your phone. Seriously, just BLOCK them.

Over the last couple of days, I've had about 8 calls from this number, looks like some tracker company cold calling me. I blocked them on my phone, now it just shows up in the blocked calls list, much better as they don’t bother me anymore. Seems like they should be stopped for harassing people with non-stop calls. I sold my caravan with their tracker fitted ages ago, about three years back, and told them to stop contacting me but no luck. Best thing to do is just block and report them like I did.

They keep ringing non stop, pushing stuff you have no use for and maybe even lying about stuff like saying it’s a renewal when youve got a lifetime deal already. The ICO or TPS really ought to step in and put an end to it - feels like they’re breaking contract rules, privacy laws and consumer rights all at once.

This number keeps ringing me, I think it’s from a tracker company. I had one of their devices put in my caravan. When I sold it 18 months ago, I gave all the papers to the dealer and informed the tracker firm about the sale to cancel my account. But it’s clear the different teams at the tracker company don’t talk to each other. If you’ve cancelled your subscription, just block the number - no point answering because they don’t seem to take notice. No wonder they’re getting bad reviews. Best thing to do is just ignore or block, and definitely don’t share any info on the phone.

It instructed me to reply with '5' and then to select option '5'. I decided to delete the call and blocked the number without hesitation.

So, the issue here is that Tracker has been bought out by a new firm, and they’re now trying to charge people to “renew” or “replace” what were meant to be lifetime warranty agreements. Basically, they want customers to cough up again for something that should be covered forever. This really shouldn’t be happening. When the new company took over, they also took on all existing contracts and debts. It looks like a lot of people could easily get conned into paying again for a service that shouldn’t need any renewing at all.

I told him I’m Mrs and would prefer to be called Mrs *surname*, no initials. When I asked to speak to his trainer, he just cut off.
