Reports on phone number 03456044455
4 yearsI received a call from someone claiming to be from Santander, warning me about potential fraudulent activity on my account. It seemed fairly plausible, especially since they had some of my personal information. However, as the conversation dragged on and the caller repeatedly placed me on hold, I started to have my doubts. He insisted I connect my phone number to my account, assuring me it would only take a few minutes. I told him I preferred to visit my local branch instead. I ended up reporting the incident to both Santander and the police. No question about it, this was a scam!Santander4 yearsI received a call purporting to be from Santander, claiming there was suspicious activity on my card. Initially, it all appeared quite legitimate since they had sent me text alerts and could access my online banking notifications. However, then they suggested that I should set my mobile as the primary contact. That’s when I started to feel uneasy about the whole situation. The caller insisted that I answer questions by inputting numbers on my keypad. When I mentioned that I preferred to contact Santander directly, they agreed but avoided giving me their name before abruptly ending the call. I had been on the line for over thirty minutes, during which they attempted to authorise a transaction exceeding £650 and assured me not to touch anything, promising to cancel it at their end. The longer we conversed, the creepier it became. His speech was somewhat slurred and rushed, making comprehension a challenge.Santander4 yearsClaiming to be from Santander, they’re requesting a review of suspicious transactions.Santander4 yearsSomeone was posing as if they were representing Santander bank. About 03 Numbers
Several organizations adopt 03 numbers instead of the pricier 08 numbers. For instance, many public sector bodies have shifted from 0845 numbers to 0345. The price of calls is the same as calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). Call charges are influenced by the time of the day, and most providers provide call packages that allow calls free of charge during certain times of the day. The cost of calls from mobiles vary based on the chosen calling plan. Usually, these calls are incorporated in free call packages.
