Looks like a dodgy HSBC number that's meant for reporting fraud. Feels pretty convincing at first glance. If you're unsure, just give the number on the back of your HSBC card a ring instead to be safe.

Got a call from someone pretending to be my bank, total scam. I rang the bank myself to be sure, and it was definitely fake. Better not answer or chat with them.
