I've just received a message saying my account’s been sent over to the STW Payment Assistance Team. They asked me to ring 0345 6025296 between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday, to sort out the overdue bill. Bit annoying, but guess I’ve got to give them a bell to clear it up.

They've been ringing me up about five times daily, pretty much every day. It's getting seriously annoying now 😐

This is Debeo, a bogus debt collecting outfit connected to Severn Trent Water, trying to frighten you into settling payments. They’re based in the same office as STW but have no real collectors and don’t even have an official website. Best thing to do is just block the number - they can’t actually do anything to you. 😊
