This number is actually from HBOS bank, its an automated message you get after doing a transaction to check it's legit. Some folks here saying they have no clue who it was, it could be a scammer trying to mess with their account or do a dodgy transaction. Best thing to do is ring your bank directly, but not on this number, just to be on the safe side.

Just got a voicemail from some guy called Mr Mackie Edinburgh saying I owe £22.50, no clue what for. He told me to enter a code to confirm the bill or just hang up.
