I got a call from this number with the First Direct logo popping up, saying there was a dodgy payment on my Amazon account. They then handed me over to another number, which felt fishy, so I ended up hanging up. Never made any payment to Amazon at all!

Calls like these really ought to be stopped. It’s so distressing, especially when someone unwell is at home and they get interrupted by this rubbish.
