Heute haben mich die Anrufer von der Nummer 03455652731 bereits dreimal erreicht. Ich lag noch im Bett und habe bislang nicht abgehoben. Mal sehen, ob sie sich nochmal melden. Es wirkt fast so, als hätten sie es auf mich abgesehen... Andererseits muss ich eingestehen, dass ich das Probeabo von der FR habe, das vor drei Tagen begann, weshalb sie möglicherweise tatsächlich das Recht haben, mich zu kontaktieren. Ich nehme an, ich habe damals auch die Zustimmung gegeben, das war ja ein Pflichtfeld.

Indeed, it sounds like it could be the FAZ or perhaps the Frankfurter Rundschau. You might want to check if you've unwittingly signed up for a trial subscription or something of that nature. I’ve not had any issues with them since then (someone had put my number down with them).

Ich melde mich mal wieder. Habe heute jetzt zum dritten Mal ans Telefon gegangen und tatsächlich war's das Callcenter, das mich bezüglich meines Probeabos der Frankfurter Rundschau kontaktiert hat. Finde es in Ordnung, dass die mich anrufen - die Nummer ist bei mir jedenfalls legitim!

Hi there, I've had this number ring me a couple of times today-once around half eleven and then again just after midday. Has anyone else here picked up when they called? I don't have any contacts in Halle/Saale, and given that this number has been flagged as "suspicious" here and isn't listed with Telekom, I'm inclined to think it's just another dodgy call centre operation. But how on earth did they get hold of my mobile number? (I'm on O2 with Homezone, by the way).

Heute bekam ich schon vier Anrufe, aber ich habe mich bisher nicht dazu herabgelassen, ans Telefon zu gehen. Da ich neulich ein Testabo der Frankfurter Rundschau abgeschlossen habe, gehe ich stark davon aus, dass es sich um ein Callcenter von ihnen handelt.
