Scam alert - I called the number my bank gave me to check on a company and the person who picked up straight away started asking for my personal info. Be careful and don’t share anything with them, it’s definitely a con! Never hand over your details.

Totally dodgy! I got a number from my bank to check on a company after someone tried to snatch nearly £30 from my account. When I rang, the person on the other end immediately started asking for my personal details. I asked who they were, but they just kept saying "Resource World" and claimed they never call customers or have an outside line. Definitely a scam! Don't hand over any info to these people.

Got a call from a number I didn't know. I tried calling it back but it didn’t come up on my phone. Why bother calling if you're not gonna leave a message when no one picks up? Total waste of time, probably just some spammer.

We noticed our business name showed up on a bank transfer linked to the number 03455651867. The person behind the account claims they have no clue about the payment. Our company actually doesn’t accept card payments, so this whole thing feels really off. Tried calling that number but it just keeps holding me at queue spot one. Feels like the scammer’s just taking a loo break and ignoring the phone. Definitely fishy stuff.
