Best thing to do is just ignore and block the number. I didn’t pick up when they rang originally, but they rang straight back so I answered. Apparently, they claimed to be from Lloyds Bank and said there’d been a charge for over £400 to Virgin on my card. It didn’t sound legit at all so I just ended the call. They tried calling again right away, but I decided to block the number after that.

Got a call saying they were from Lloyds, said my card was cloned and wanted me to verify a 6 digit code to cancel the transaction. But then I got a text from Lloyds bank saying to go ahead and confirm the payment! Totally dodgy!

Got a call claiming to be from Lloyds fraud dept saying there was some dodgy activity on my card. Total rubbish. I just ended the call. Proper muppets.
