Somebody rang me saying they were from Talktalk tech support, trying to assist with a fault I'd never heard of. I asked them for a contact number to ring back but they said it was impossible for them to get incoming calls!!! Quite fishy if you ask me.

I reckon it was a scam, they were pretending to be Talktalk. If you’re unsure, just ring up Talktalk directly from your home phone to check.
