I’d suggest grabbing a giffgaff SIM and holding onto your current number. If you do so, you’ll steer clear of all those nuisance calls. You can opt for a £5 ‘Hokey Cokey’ plan, which has its perks: for every minute you manage to chat with those pesky callers, you earn a minute of credit. It can actually turn into a bit of a laugh, knowing you're racking up minutes while bantering with them! I was with T-Mobile for yonks, and it served me well until it became rather dismal-higher rates, and an influx of unwanted calls. Just a heads-up about 03454500269!

The woman on the other end didn’t even know my name and proceeded to inquire whether I frequently go over my mobile data allowance.
