Got a letter claiming to be from Tesco Bank's Financial Crime dept with this number at the top. It said I'd be getting a new card because they spotted some fraud activity. They mentioned they'd have sent me a text but supposedly didn’t have my phone number - which is rubbish because Tesco Bank definitely do have it! The letter itself felt off, the paper was way thinner and the font didn’t look like Tesco Bank’s usual style. I checked my online account and there was nothing weird going on. Feels pretty dodgy to me.

A gentleman contacted us, claiming to be a representative of Tesco security. As a precaution, I declined to discuss any security information with him.
