I told them it was really inappropriate and asked them to take my number off their list. I've lodged complaints with the Telephone Preference Service on four occasions, and they've advised this company on two instances to cease their incessant pestering. For about a week or so, there was a pleasant lull in the disturbance until today at exactly 15:37, when the phone calls resumed! Interestingly, they tend to dial thrice and then abruptly cut off. After a bit of digging online, I've found out that their calls pertain to passports-quite ironic since I've never actually owned one!

Got a call from this number, they said they were from the passport office and wanted some feedback. The lady had a posh English accent which sounded fake, definitely not local. She asked to talk to my daughter first - and shockingly, they knew her name! She’s just a kid, so surely they shouldn’t be asking her anything at all? It really worries me that they have both our phone numbers and have somehow connected them.

I've been approached to take part in a survey focused on my internet habits, specifically the devices I utilise. They’re interested in finding out the online platforms I frequent and the frequency of my usage, wanting details from my laptop, tablet, and smartphone. They also inquired about my personal information, including my postcode; however, I mistakenly provided an inaccurate one. What’s rather concerning is that they didn’t clarify how they acquired my mobile number in the first place.
