I keep receiving a relentless stream of unwanted phone calls from this particular number.

Blimey, these fraudsters really had the audacity to pull a fast one! I received a call from what seemed like a foreign call centre, possibly based in India, and they had the cheek to say they were representing O2. They pitched some ridiculous 40% discount on my O2 plan. The irony? I’m with EE, not O2 at all! Quite the attempt to bamboozle me, I must say.

Got a call from an unknown number, but as soon as I answered, they just hung up without saying anything. Seems like just another annoying nuisance call to me.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from O2, but it was clearly an Indian call centre. They tried to get me to share a number which they said was for verification, but it felt sketchy and I didn’t give it to them. When I started to question things a bit, the woman on the phone got rude and aggressive. There’s no way this was the real O2. Avoid sharing your info with anyone like this!

Got a call today from someone saying they were with O2, offering me 40% off my O2 plan due to "Covid". That sounded way off to me - when has O2 ever just given that much off? Pretty sure it’s a scam or some sort of phishing attempt. Stay careful!
