Lowell debt collectors ringing me up for a debt that’s not even mine. Had the same hassle with other firms before. My advice? Send them a complaint letter and if they don’t stop, contact the Financial Ombudsman. I managed to get £140 in compensation from one company after involving the FO. They really do sort things out.
