Like a few others have said, these calls are actually from Vitality Health. It’s not a scam or anything dodgy. Sure, they can be a bit relentless and irritating, so if you’re fed up just block them. But calling it a scam isn’t really fair, since it’s a legitimate company ringing you up.

So, I got a call from this guy called Malcolm who wanted to speak to a Director by their first name, but that person doesn’t even work here. When I questioned him, he said he was from Vitality Health and that it was a follow-up to some prior chats and emails with said Director. I told him straight up that wasn’t right and asked him to take us off their call list. Isn’t there some rule against this kind of thing? Also, he never mentioned anything about the call being recorded, which seemed a bit dodgy.
