I just got a call that ended with a beep, probably from Bexley Council hassling me about my council tax. Old nags, honestly. I'll sort it out when I get round to it.

So, I got a call from a really weird robotic voice telling me to call this number, which turns out to be the London Borough of Bexley’s Council Tax and Benefits dept. I think they called me ‘cause, like always, I’d missed my December council tax payment right on the first of the month (getting older, memory ain’t what it used to be!). I sorted it out straight away online, fingers crossed I won’t hear that creepy sci-fi voice again anytime soon!
