03453004454 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 03453004454 👆 is reported as a number frequently associated with insurance-related calls from reputable companies such as Direct Line, Churchill, Nationwide Travel Insurance, Privilege, and UK Insurance Ltd, which underwrite several well-known insurers. Many users confirm genuine interactions concerning claims, policy updates, or renewals. However, the number is also widely exploited by scammers impersonating these insurers, seeking personal and security details via persistent calls, sometimes with foreign accents, and often without leaving messages. There are repeated warnings about phishing attempts, spoofing, and unsolicited calls that do not match official insurer contact details. Recipients are advised to remain cautious: verify any calls by contacting insurers directly using known official numbers, avoid sharing personal information unsolicited, and report suspicious activity. Genuine calls usually reference existing claims and correspond with prior communications.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with DLG about an accident from more than 2 years back. They said my insurance hadn't got all the money owed from the other driver. I told them I already had a letter from my insurance company confirming everything had been sorted, and honestly, they were just talking nonsense. Didn’t give them any more details.

Got a call from Churchill Car insurance about a claim I supposedly made for a lost car key. Honestly, I’m not bothering with the claim now because once they tack on their admin fees, it ends up costing more than going straight to the BMW dealership. Too pricey to be worth it!

I had asked to speak to Churchill’s complaints team about the poor handling of my no fault claim, and they did get back to me. From what I know, their call centres are spread out - they’ve got ones in the UK, India, and even South Africa. Also, just a heads up, Churchill is actually part of Direct Line’s group.

Been sorting a claim through Churchill recently and this number keeps ringing me up, claiming they're from Churchill and even quoting my claim reference. Got suspicious when they asked for personal info, so I ended the call. Twice a day they keep calling, but never leave a voicemail. Churchill themselves only get in touch via proper emails or texts, so it feels dodgy. I’m pretty sure it’s some kind of scam or someone fishing for clients. Makes me wonder how they got hold of my claim number and info in the first place?

They said they were phoning from Churchill regarding a case that got sorted a few months back. When they asked for my info, I was pretty hesitant. I told them to ring me back in ten minutes so I could look up the number online first. Instead, they offered to send an email, which showed up within ten minutes and looked official about my claim. So, I'm pretty sure the number's really from Churchill.

I got a call from someone claiming to be Darwin Insurance, which is who insured my old car. Back in early March, I had a no fault crash that totalled my car. The insurance sorted everything and paid out in April, plus they covered a hire car too. Now out of nowhere Direct Line are ringing me saying the other driver is denying the accident even though the cops were there. Not sure why they’re bothering me about this two months on - I’ve just blocked the number now.

It's rather peculiar how numerous insurance firms seem to share the same contact number when reaching out. It gives off a bit of a dodgy vibe, as though they're trying to pull a fast one, especially when they brandish different, yet legitimate, company names. It feels like a clever ruse aimed at tricking unsuspecting individuals.

Recently, this number has been persistent in ringing various mobile phones within my household, claiming to be calling about insurance matters. Given that I've just taken out a car insurance policy last week, it strikes me as rather unsettling to receive such calls so soon after my purchase. While I'm quite aware of potential scams, I'm not entirely convinced that my kids, who've only just started driving, or others who might be more easily swayed, would be as vigilant. I was really busy and had loads to sort before it got dark. I apologised and asked her to ring back later. I wasn’t expecting any calls, especially not that late in the evening. I recently had an encounter with Churchill Insurance regarding our claim. We are in the process of lodging a claim, but they completely mixed up my name with that of another driver. After inquiring about my identity, they proceeded to transfer me to a different department. I was left on hold for ages, only to be connected to yet another representative who wanted the same information. It was quite unnerving, having to repeat myself time and again. Some of the staff were a bit overzealous, almost bordering on harassment, insisting they didn’t have all the necessary details. They informed me that the information wouldn’t appear on their system for a full 24 hours. I mentioned we’d simply wait for that duration. However, my husband felt under pressure and ended up sharing some personal details with them.
