So this number 0345 2707373 is definitely a scam. Someone phoned me pretending to be from SSE and insisted I put my Financial Director on the line. When I told him that the Director wasn’t going to drop whatever he was doing just to talk to some supposed utility company, the caller had no clue what a utility company even was! Apparently, they also called from 0800 6228388 and 0333 2029804. Best to avoid any contact with these guys.
