I got a call on 6th September 2024, someone kept asking for a Mrs Louise Booteil - this was about the third time in a week I've had calls for her. The other number they used was 01452 372888, which I’ve already reported. They were saying something about a car accident and mentioned a few different insurance firms, but the name Diamond Insurance kept coming up, which looks like a dodgy site. The poor woman has been hassled by BT and loads of other scammy callers over the past decade, which is how long I’ve had this phone number!
