I can confirm this number is genuine, it’s linked to a finance contract with Virgin Media regarding a mobile handset. I’ve been getting letters about unpaid bills for several months now. I don’t have any Virgin services and have never signed up for anything with them. I got a text from them because a direct debit for my phone bill hadn't gone through. Someone called saying they were from Virgin Media, asking for me as "Miss Lea" which is weird since Lea isn’t my last name. They said it was about my phone credit account and then asked for my security password, which seemed normal at first. But I noticed Virgin Media had my password question spelt wrong, yet they still knew it was "first school." Then they asked which bank my direct debit was with and even my full bank account number!! Definitely reporting this as fraud because they shouldn’t be asking for my bank details to check my Virgin Mobile account.
