I rang back and a woman answered, said her name was Jemma and she was from Policy B. I told her my name and the company I work for, letting her know she’d missed a call from us. She seemed a bit confused and kept asking who in the company had authority to make decisions. I explained that we don’t hold any policy with Policy B and then ended the call. Just as I was about to hang up, she spoke again.

Got a call from an insurance outfit, and it was a right bother. No greeting or anything-just blasted with music before I was informed that all their operators were busy. Completely annoying! I've had enough, so I’ve added them to my blocked list.
