Honestly, this company is just terrible. I rang them at 8pm and ended up waiting on hold for like 20 minutes. Then, out of nowhere, a message pops up saying their lines are closed and to call back between 8am and 8pm. Why didn’t they say that when I first called at 8pm? To top it off, I’m getting charged local rates for this useless wait. Ridiculous!
