I got a call from someone pretending to be from the restaurant where I booked a table via OpenTable. They actually knew the restaurant’s name, my name, and the exact date and time of my booking. They said they needed my credit card details to confirm the reservation because the place was supposedly really busy. I told them I’d ring back later. When I called the restaurant directly, they told me it was a total scam. Looks like a few others got caught out by this on 09/04/22. Just watch out for this!
