Interestingly, they claim they attempted to contact you first, which is evidently untrue. Typical of their dubious tactics, I must say. Given this experience, I’m seriously contemplating launching my own insurance company - perhaps ‘Dick Turpin Ltd’ would be fitting!

I just received a message from AGEAS car insurance, asking me to give them a ring (at my expense, naturally, for a lengthy chat), claiming they attempted to reach me (which they clearly did not). It’s just another instance of their clever tricks. Honestly, I’m so fed up that I’m considering launching my own car insurance business: Dick Turpin Ltd!
