They rang me and when I called back the number was disconnected, clearly a scam. But since 0345 numbers are linked with BT, they really should be able to block this kind of thing from the beginning.

I received two calls back-to-back, but oddly enough, they didn’t leave any voicemails. The screen flashed 'scam' or 'fraud', which raised a red flag for me. Personally, I believe if it's a legitimate call, they would have taken the time to drop a message.
