yeah, it's virgin alright, the lot that always seem to punish people who stick with them for ages.

I got a letter from Virgin Media saying I owed them money. I called back straight away, but then they started asking loads of personal stuff. When I gave the wrong answer to one question, they told me to hang up and call again. It all seemed a bit dodgy to me!
