From what I gathered, this phone number is linked to 'Madasafish', which is a budget broadband service that's now under Plusnet. So, it’s definitely not a dodgy scam. Just use a bit of common sense when you get random calls because scammers often fake (clone) real company numbers to trick people.

Got a text from 0345 140 0200 saying my broadband order’s been delayed, telling me to ring the same number and choose “ask about a recent order” or go to hitps:/thelp plus.net. I checked my order status on Plusnet’s website and didn’t see any problems. Bit suspicious about phoning that number in case it’s some kind of scam. I’ll keep an eye on my order online to make sure all is as it should be.
